Global Esports Industry Week Agenda
Official BLAST and GEIW Welcome Reception

The Official BLAST & GEIW Welcome Reception marks the opening of Global Esports Industry Week (GEIW) 2025. This evening reception will welcome delegates, speakers, partners, and guests from both the GEIW and BLAST.tv Austin Major.
Designed to provide a relaxed and informal environment before the week’s core programming begins, the reception offers attendees an opportunity to collect their badges, meet fellow attendees, and begin networking in a casual setting. Light refreshments will be served.
Esports Leaders & Evening Social on the Terrace

Esports Leaders is amongst the most exclusive and impactful annual gatherings in the esports industry.

International Games & Esports Tribunal (IGET) Experts Workshop

Making its debut appearance, the IGET Experts Workshop (IEW) sets a new benchmark for dispute-resolution training in video games and esports. Join a focused cohort of legal minds, integrity specialists and industry operators as we explore the next generation of arbitration for games-related conflicts. In a half-day, fast-paced format, the workshop will:
Demystify the IGET framework — understand the rules, jurisdictional reach and practical mechanics of the newly launched International Games & Esports Tribunal.
Dissect real-world case studies — analyse landmark match-fixing, contract and IP disputes with guidance from experienced sports-law arbitrators.
Stress-test digital procedure — walk through e-filing, remote hearings and the evidentiary quirks of in-game data
Map career pathways — hear from the IGET Secretariat on roster eligibility, CPD accreditation and mentorship opportunities.
ESIC Global Esports Summit

Returning for the fourth consecutive year, the ESIC Global Esports Summit (EGES) continues to be a landmark industry event for the global esports industry.
Join us to share insights, forge strategies, and resolve industry issues in a neutral setting.
The ESIC Global Esports Summit brings together experts from throughout the esports industry to reflect on real issues challenging the industry.
The event will include thought provoking content providing a combination of insightful keynotes and think tank panels all delivered on the EGES main stage.
Deals will be made at the Global Esports Industry Week signing desk, active across the entire day for partner MOU signing and photo sessions.
Strictly NO esports 101 - this conference is aimed at developing industry solutions to current and emerging risks and issues.
Evening Social

When in Rome, do as the Romans do, so we’ll be hosting a social to ensure both stomachs and hearts are full as can be, and people are happy with a Texan BBQ evening social
Close out Day 3 of GEIW with a relaxed evening of food, conversation, and community at our Texan BBQ Social. This gathering invites delegates to enjoy an authentic Austin experience with classic local barbecue, good company, and a warm atmosphere.
Hosted outdoors, this evening event is all about unwinding after a full day of panels and keynotes — providing a space to connect, reflect, and continue conversations in a more casual setting.
Padel Tournament
Saturday 21st June

Remember to touch grass etc etc., and so we kind of are, but it’ll be the finest synthetic turf of some of Austin’s padel courts
Networking over a coffee, lunch, or dinner on a terrace or in a lounge is wonderful and important, but we want to see esports getting active too, enter the Padel Tournament

The BLAST.tv 2025 Major is set to be one of the biggest esports events ever in the US. 50,000 fans are expected, plus millions tuning in from over 150+ territories and broadcast in 28 languages. The BLAST.tv Major will feature the best Counter-Strike teams from around the globe, all fighting for the legendary trophy and a piece of the $1.25 million prize pool.
Please note that this event is sold out and GEIW All-Access Passes do not provide access to the BLAST Austin Major Finals.
