The evening of the 18th will see a light evening social for guests arriving ahead of Day 1 to grab their badges so they’re ready to go, and enjoy a mingle, a chat and grab a drink or some food
Visit Austin will be there too so if you wanted to ensure you make the most out of your trip and get at least some time to enjoy this amazing city with recommendations from local, here’s your chance, Best BBQ Spot, tick, Best Music Venues, tick, the list goes on…

Esports Leaders is amongst the most exclusive and impactful annual gatherings in the esports industry.
Capped at 120 guests to ensure intimacy and high level discussions, this event connects top decision-makers from the world’s biggest teams, brands, investors, game publishers and tournament organisers - offering a premium environment for meaningful networking and strategic conversations.
Esports Leaders is hosted in a comfortable setting, focused far more on facilitating good conversations than panels, and with excellent hospitality and entertainment laid on throughout. It’s not one to miss!

Returning for the fourth consecutive year, the ESIC Global Esports Summit (EGES) continues to be a landmark industry event for the global esports industry.
Join us to share insights, forge strategies, and resolve industry issues in a neutral setting.
The ESIC Global Esports Summit brings together experts from throughout the esports industry to reflect on real issues challenging the industry.
The event will include thought provoking content providing a combination of insightful keynotes and think tank panels all delivered on the EGES main stage.
Deals will be made at the Global Esports Industry Week signing desk, active across the entire day for partner MOU signing and photo sessions.
Strictly NO esports 101 - this conference is aimed at developing industry solutions to current and emerging risks and issues.

The BLAST.tv 2025 Major is set to be one of the biggest esports events ever in the US. 50,000 fans are expected, plus millions tuning in from over 150+ territories and broadcast in 28 languages. The BLAST.tv Major will feature the best Counter-Strike teams from around the globe, all fighting for the legendary trophy and a piece of the $1.25 million prize pool.
Please note that this event is sold out and GEIW All-Access Passes do not provide access to the BLAST Austin Major Finals.
